Reflection is caused when light hits the surface of water and travels to our eye so we can see the complete image and the light it is reflecting. These photos aim to create a distortion of the reality of those surfaces through the abstraction of their forms. It seeks to make a deeper reflection on what is seen at first glance and the assumptions we can make based on something superficial.
In this case, none of the surfaces show the reality of the depth of the water, which in contrary to what we see, most of them were abandoned places and in poor condition. In both scenarios, one giving a new reality to something forgotten and two believing something simply because of its surface appearances, show us once again how relative anything can be depending on the point of view from which you look at it.
