Hybrids is a series created through an iterative process of blending my photographs with AI-generated reconstructions. I began by introducing my images into the AI, then combined its interpretations with my original photographs and with other resulting hybrids.
Through continuous selection and recombination, each step informed the next, allowing the images to gradually evolve. The final works emerge from this dialogue between control and unpredictability, where the machine generates variations and I shape their progression.
